Tracery fragments. The arms of Hallep of Cornwall are or two bendlets sable (Burke, Bernard, The General Armory of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales, p 443. , London, Harrison & Sons), suggesting that this fragment may have been inserted reversed, like the text fragment lower down.
