At the bottom left of the plaque are the initials LSAF (Louisa Susan Anne Fortescue, one of the donor’s daughters?), followed by some indistinct lower-case letters.

Tracery: at the top is a symbol of the Holy Trinity. On the left are the arms of Fortescue, (azure a bend engrailed argent plain cotised or, cf. the arms of Ryder in North aisle west in the tracery and at the bottom.
). On the right are presumably the arms of Ryder (azure, three crescents or, on each an ermine spot sable, ) although the three crescents here are argent (silver or white) instead of or (gold or yellow) without an ermine spot,
